All participants are required to pick up race packets and goodie bags at Packet Pickup at the following times:

Friday, May 18, 2012

• Packet Pickup – Hamilton Southeastern High School Auxiliary Gym – 4:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, May 19, 2012

• Half Marathon Packet Pickup – Hamilton Southeastern High School Auxiliary Gym – 5:30 – 7:00 a.m.
• 5K Packet Pickup – Hamilton Southeastern High School Auxiliary Gym – 5:30 – 7:30 a.m.

All Half Marathon and 5K runners and walkers are required to pick up their race packet at Packet Pickup. You will receive your bib race number, timing tag, participant shirt, and other important information. Sorry, there will be no late registration available at Packet Pickup. All participants must pick-up race packets at Packet Pickup. Race packets will not be mailed to you.

You must have your race number (found next to the address label on the confirmation postcard) to receive your race packet. If you forget your race number, you can look it up when you get to the packet pick-up. You must have a photo ID or printout of your online confirmation email to look up your bib number at Packet Pickup.

You may pick up a packet for a friend. Please make sure you have their bib number and a copy of their identification or confirmation postcard.

After you pick up your race packet, please make sure you verify that the enclosed IPICO Timing Tag is properly assigned to you by running your packet through the Chip Check area.

REMEMBER!
THERE WILL BE NO EXPO OR RACE DAY REGISTRATION AND NO THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.

YOUR RACE PACKET WILL CONTAIN:

• Race participant T-shirt
• Your bib number and four safety pins
• Your rental IPICO Timing Tag, instructions and chip strap
• Coupons for discounted merchandise and services
