Athletic Annex Half Marathon Program

We want you to join us for an enjoyable and informative 13 weeks of training for the 2008 Geist Half Marathon. The offers a new, scenic race in May designed for the whole family. Do you want to reach for your competitive best? Do you want to enjoy the fitness and social benefits that come from training with a group? Or do you simply want to say, “I did it!” Whatever your motivation to run the “Half” and the “Mini”, the Athletic Annex Training Program is for you.

You can meet with the group once or several times each week for group training and a time of brief instruction (see the back of this brochure for days, times, and places). Tuesdays will be a quality session at beginner to advanced levels. Thursdays will be an easy to moderate run. Saturdays will be the long run of the week.
